JayJay: Your updates are amazing. This is an incredible sight that gets updated super regularly. I’m sorry if people who come here to marvel at your art get a little greedy. They are lucky you update as frequently as you do; I’ve seen others that are half the quality that are sometimes weekly if not monthly updates. Thanks for your patience with us, we love your work, and can’t wait to see what happens next.

Ross: I hope it’s more than 20 to 1. But perhaps that’s the count of those who post. Be advised that I read this and appreciate it, even though I don’t post very much. I suppose I could say, “Gee; that’s nice.” But it might get repetitive. While I regret not being able to read a new comic, I AM able to go to sleep without it and I’ll look again the next day. It’s better than worrying myself sick, anway.

longtail: Most normals don’t understand what it takes for us (I’m a web comic artist too) to render just one page or strip and how many hours it actually is. You do great and beautiful work. Don’t stress yourself.

MalikTous: Great sequence, looks like mystical portals inviting nethergods, youkai, and oni to come join the fun. Will we see our favourites getting into it with some youkai or even a dark godlet?
On another note, what is it with these idiots who whine when a free comic is late? If they subscribe and pay a fee, I could sympathise a little… but a free comic means it’s done at the artist’s and author’s convenience, not necessarily locked into a schedule. Some twat whining about late post should end up in the round file; someone dropping $20 in your PayPal account and asking why you’re late is a completely different situation. I’m perfectly satisfied that SpunkComics updates at all for free. I see the same problem at PAWN (www.pawn.se). Sure the update takes a while at a chapter per update, but Mr Andersen takes his time to produce a quality comic for free, so the impatient ones will just have to wait with the rest of us. Thanks for making a fun Webcomic site!
